Winrm18 Terms & Conditions – Platform Terms of Use

1 Definitions & Scope of Agreement

In this winrm18 Terms & Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings defined below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "winrm18" or "Platform" refers to the website, application, and all services operated under the winrm18.my domain.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered for or is using winrm18's services.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile registered by the User on the winrm18 platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the cash balance in a User's account, excluding any bonus balance subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, free cash, or other incentives granted by winrm18 to Users.
• "Betting" refers to any gaming activity involving monetary consideration, including Sports Betting, casino games, and slots.

These winrm18 Terms & Conditions apply to all Users who access or use the winrm18 platform, regardless of the method of access or device used. These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and specific game policies published on the winrm18 platform from time to time.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the winrm18 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Aged 18 Years and Above at the time of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• Be a valid Malaysian citizen or permanent resident and be located in Malaysia while using the platform.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Never having been declared bankrupt or currently being subject to bankruptcy proceedings.
• Not appearing on any self-exclusion list submitted to winrm18.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full name as stated on your ID, IC number, date of birth, an active Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address. winrm18 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being suspended until verification is complete.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at winrm18. Multiple account registrations — whether using the same or different personal information — are strictly prohibited. winrm18 employs advanced detection systems to identify multiple account registration attempts, and immediate action will be taken against any account suspected of violating this rule.

3 Account, Password & Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your winrm18 account login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. winrm18 recommends using a strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols, and changing it regularly.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs in your account, whether carried out by you or by any third party using your login credentials with or without your consent. winrm18 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation or that your password has been compromised, you must immediately:

• Change your account password immediately via the security settings.
• Contact the winrm18 support team via Live Chat or email to report the incident.
• Review all recent transactions in your account to identify any suspicious activity.

Winrm18 will never request your account password through any communication channel. Anyone claiming to be a winrm18 representative and asking for your password is a scammer. Report any such incident to our support team immediately.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Winrm18 supports a range of popular payment methods in Malaysia for your convenience. All financial transactions on the winrm18 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) only.

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow (Transfer & QR)
• FPX Online Banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, and others)

Transaction limits are as follows: minimum deposit RM 20, minimum withdrawal RM 50, and the maximum daily withdrawal is RM 50,000 unless otherwise specified for VIP members. Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes. Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 5 business days, depending on the payment method and verification requirements.

Winrm18 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of a payment method before processing withdrawals, for fraud prevention and anti-money laundering purposes. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by the winrm18 finance team. Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent means will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Funds in a winrm18 account that has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months will be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM 10 or the remaining account balance, whichever is lower, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Winrm18 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions available on the winrm18 platform are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, as well as the general terms set out in this section.

Every bonus has wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to cash and withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount 20 times before a withdrawal is permitted.

• Bonuses are valid for one account per person, email address, phone number, IP address, and device.
• Bonus offers may not be used simultaneously unless otherwise stated.
• Winrm18 reserves the right to withdraw or void any credited bonus if abuse or misuse of promotions is detected.
• Bonus expiry periods are as stated in the respective promotion's terms. Expired bonuses will not be extended.
• Bets placed on different games may contribute varying percentages towards the bonus wagering requirement. Please refer to the respective promotion terms for more details.
• Winrm18 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the winrm18 bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, bonus abuse through opposing bets, or the use of automated software — is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all bonuses and termination of your account.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming on the winrm18 platform is subject to the specific game rules published for each product or game category. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the game rules before placing any bets.

For Sports Betting — including Malaysia Super League football, the English Premier League (EPL), badminton, cricket, and e-sports — all betting results are final once confirmed by the winrm18 system based on official outcomes from the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding a match result, winrm18 will refer to recognised sports news sources, and winrm18's decision shall be final.

For Live Casino games and slots, all game outcomes are generated by a legitimate and fair system. In the event of a technical disruption during play that prevents a result from being determined, winrm18 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the bet amount to the User's account.

• Winrm18 reserves the right to void any bet suspected of being placed based on insider information or an unfair advantage.
• The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are as displayed within the game interface.
• Winnings derived from voided bets will not be credited to the User's account.

7 Prohibited Conduct & Activities

Winrm18 is to be used for legitimate personal entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Registering multiple accounts for yourself or on behalf of others.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to access or interact with the winrm18 platform.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the winrm18 platform for any illicit financial purpose.
• Sharing your account login details with another person.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, game manipulation, or attempts to hack the winrm18 system.
• Using another person's credit or debit card to make a deposit without the rightful owner's authorization.
• Distributing defamatory, obscene, or harmful content through winrm18's communication channels.
• Attempting to exploit any software bugs or technical errors on the platform for unfair advantage.

Winrm18 cooperates fully with Malaysian authorities in investigations relating to financial fraud and cybercrime. Any activity suspected of violating Malaysian law will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

Winrm18 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision within these winrm18 Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents.
• Account termination requests submitted by the User themselves.
• Self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons.
• A legal ruling or directive from authorities requiring account termination.

In cases where an account is terminated due to fraud or a serious breach of terms, winrm18 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in that account. Where termination occurs through no fault of the User, any legitimate funds remaining in the account will be returned once the verification process is complete. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the winrm18 support team via email or Live Chat.

9 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

The winrm18 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, winrm18 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform, the accuracy of information provided, or the results of using our services.

Winrm18 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from or related to the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from service interruptions, system failures, or scheduled platform maintenance.
• Data loss due to technical failures or third-party cyberattacks.
• Betting losses arising from legitimate and fair game outcomes.
• Any act or omission by third-party payment service providers.

Winrm18's total liability to any User under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that User's account at the time the claim is made.

10 Complaint & Dispute Resolution

Winrm18 is committed to resolving any complaints or disputes in a fair and transparent manner. If you have a complaint regarding winrm18's services, please follow the procedure below:

• Step 1: Contact the winrm18 customer support team via Live Chat or email at support@winrm18.my, including your full complaint details, account number, and any relevant supporting evidence.
• Step 2: Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide an initial response within 3 business days.
• Step 3: If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may request a review by winrm18 management by submitting a written request to the same email address.

Winrm18 aims to resolve all complaints within 14 working days. Decisions made by winrm18 management upon completion of the review process are final and binding on both parties. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through internal channels will be referred to arbitration in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.

11 Terms & Conditions Amendments

Winrm18 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the winrm18 platform, unless a different effective date is specifically stated.

Winrm18 will endeavour to notify Users of material amendments via in-platform notifications or email to your registered address. It is your responsibility as a User to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the winrm18 platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These winrm18 Terms & Conditions and all matters between winrm18 and its Users shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the winrm18 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be removed or amended to the extent necessary, while all remaining provisions of this document shall continue in full force and effect.

The Bahasa Malaysia version of these Terms & Conditions is the official version. In the event of any inconsistency between a translation in another language and this Bahasa Malaysia version, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall prevail.
